Placing a booking for a valet either by phone, email or booking form indicates your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

The prices on our website refer directly to specific services & are estimates. The final price offered is calculated by the following criteria:

Vehicle size & condition & out-of-hour appointments
Saturday bookings carry an additional £5 charge.
While we are happy to perform the service you requested, some additional services cost, for example, removal of hay, dog hair, vomit & excess vacuuming etc, and these will be charged at a rate determined by our valeter & added to your invoice.
Upon booking your valet  a £20 deposit is required to secure your booking & must be paid to Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd by credit/debit card (unless a credit account has been established with us). This is required before any valet service can take place.
All vehicles will be checked by our valeters before the valet commences & a damage report will be completed. This covers both parties as well as for insurance purposes. We invite you to check your vehicle before we leave to confirm your satisfaction of the performed service & that no damage has occurred during the service.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, our valeters will be happy to rectify them. Due to the nature of the business we are unable to accept claims once our valeters have left the site.

Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd reserve the right not to start a service if any misleading information has been given, or you have failed to inform us of any legal or health & safety issues.
Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd & their employees accept no liability for any injury or claim resulting from any of the services offered, either during or after the completion of the contract.
During the valeting process, it is unavoidable to move the rear view mirror, front seats and steering wheel column and we strongly urge you to check these, and all other safety devices, including child locks on the resr doors before attempting to drive your vehicle. Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd  & their employees accept no liability for any claim, damage or injury as  a result of this, as it is the responsibility of you, the owner, to check such items before starting the engine of your vehicle after work has been carried out.

GCV reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange any appointment at any time without giving a reason

Gleamers Car Valeting reserve the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions on this and other pages without notice and at any time.
Photos of vehicles may be taken and selected photos will appear on our website. All registration plates, identifying features, house numbers or names, etc will be removed or blurred from the photo. Permission is granted as acceptance to these terms and conditions.

Postponements
We make appointments for you & you only. Please allow at least 48 hours notice for postponement to enable others to benefit from our service. Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd will charge a minimum fee of
£20 for appointments that are not kept.
Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd do not accept cancellations.

Personal Items
Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd expect, you the client, to remove your personal belongings from your vehicle prior to our valeters arrival, and failure to do so may result in an additional charge.
Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd & their employees cannot be held responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
Any items we do find will be bagged and put either in the glove compartment or boot of your vehicle.

Staff Safety
Our valeters and staff have the right to work in safety and without the threat of intimidation or abuse, either verbaly or physicaly.
Gleamers Car Valeting Ltd will not tolorate any violence, abuse, threats or intimidation towards any of our staff. Any person who carries out such behavior will be reported to the police and prosecuted.
If at any time our valeters feel threatened or intimidated, they will leave immediately and report the situation to the police.
All valeters are in constant contact with head office, and all vehicles are fitted with staff protection devices. These devices cannot be turned off or over-ridden, and activation alerts the police to their exact location.

Car Valeting Offers

In addition to the 'Car Valeting' terms and conditions, the following terms also apply:

Only one offer per person, per day is allowed.
The offer must not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion currently running for the same service.
Due to the high demand we experience when running special offers, you may not be able to book the exact time slot you require, however, we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible.
All time slots are on a first come first served basis.
All offers cover anywhere within a 10 mile radius of postcode CF11. Anywhere outside of this area will incur a small fuel charge.

Car Valeting TEXT Offers

In addition to the 'Car Valeting' terms and conditions, the following terms also apply:

Booking valid between 28/11/2011 and 29/02/2012 only.
Booking subject to availability Monday to Friday only!
FULL payment must be made via card only, at the time of booking (all credit & debit cards accepted)
Any vehicle requiring excess vacuuming and cleaning inside, will incur an extra charge.
The offer must not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion currently running for the same service.
Due to the high demand we experience when running special offers, you may not be able to book the exact time slot you require, however, we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible.
All time slots are on a first come first served basis.
All offers cover anywhere within a 10 mile radius of postcode
CF11 7EF. Anywhere outside of this area will incur a small fuel charge of 50 pence per mile.

Deal Offers!
The following additional terms and conditions apply:

Groupon / KGB Deals / Welsh Deals Vouchers

The Groupon voucher code must be quoted when you call to make your booking.
The printed voucher must be handed to our valeters before any service can
be carried out on your vehicle.
Failure to produce a valid voucher will cancel your appointment.
The voucher can only be used once.
You may be asked if you would like to upgrade your service for an additional charge. This will be a one time offer, and payment must be made prior to any work taking place.
Any additional payments must be made in cash or card. No other form of payment will be accepted.
Any person who attempts to: use a voucher twice, photocopy a voucher, give false details or supply a counterfeit voucher, will be deemed as committing fraud, and will be reported to the local authorities.
GCV reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange any appointment at any time without giving a reason.
Please also note that a surcharge will apply if the following are present: Excessive dirt, dog hairs, sand, etc.
Our valeters reserve the right to apply a charge when applicable.
Please also note a surcharge for fuel will apply if outside a 15 mile radius of the post code CF11
SATURDAY BOOKINGS can be taken, but please be advised a £5.00 charge will be applied.
